I am a Basketball player and I always just get out and play. Without any stretching or warm ups. I find that my performance without stretching is worse than when we have to stretch, at school.

What are the good stretches and warm ups for Basketball strength, agility, endurance, etc.?

Here's a warmup routine I did on my last team:
Jog down and back.
High knees-running down and back while lifting your knees to your chest(or as high as you can get them)
Butt kicks-just what it sounds like, running down the court and back, kicking your own butt. Don't rush through this-the slower you go, the better the stretch of your quads is(but it hurts after a while)
Karaoke-Facing one wall, you go down the court. Say you start out facing the left hand wall. Get going by bringing your left leg(bring your knee up high) over your right, then moving your left leg to take a step behind you. This is hard to explain and easier to teach in real life, but you've probably done this before.
Acceleration-start with a jog, and by the time you hit half-court you should be sprinting.
Do some dribbling drills-crossover, spin move, down the court in five dribbles or less. Also do a layup and jump shot drill of some kind. Also, just plain stretching helps. Sit down, stretch each leg individually. Just do the stretches you do at school.

In my team, we MUST run around the court for 7 minutes nonstop to get our blood pumping. After that you might just want to stretch like touching your toes and all the regular stretches. Then start taking some lay-ups and taking free throws. In no time, you'll be all warmed up and ready to play. Good luck!
