We'd probably invade Iraq, claiming they had weapons of mass destruction, and lower taxes even though there's a huge deficit in this country. Oh wait, that's happening now...

The downside is that SOMEONE in the government would be making the decisions for him, and that someone would not be held responsible for his decisions because they would be going through the idiot.
