Hi there,
You know part of the problem is your concept of having your menstrual period. Instead of looking at it as a negative time you should remember that at one time it was considered to be sacred. It was the time that women were considered to be their most powerful. Women were exempt from any type of work during their periods and looked forward to this monthly time as a time when they could bond with the other women and enjoy leisure activities while being away from the burden of mundane chores.
In a strictly primitive situation womens periods tend to coincide with the full moon, thus the original belief that there was an association with the moon and menstrual blood. Also there is the fact that there are 28 days between full moons as there are between most women's periods. It was this and the ability to bleed and not be hurt in any way that added to the original idea that all divinity was female. It was not until men became jealous and wanted to "put women in their place" that all the misogynistic ideas about menstrual blood were invented. Believe me it was not a woman that started the idea that menstrual blood was somehow dirty and something to be ashamed of. In many cultures a young girls menarche is celebrated with a joyous party where she is the guest of honor. I have added this to my own family's tradition and hopefully it is part of the reason that my daughters see their "moon flow" as a special time to pamper and indulge themselves.
Rather than looking at your period as something bad think of it as your sacred moon time and a precious link to a time when women were revered as sacred beings who were capable of bringing forth life.
BTW, I have not heard the offensive expression, "female curse"
in many years and even then it was an example of the brainwashing that young girls are subjected to in order to make them feel bad about menstruation. I am sorry that someone found it necessary to use it in answer to your question.
I think you should celebrate your femininity along with your birthday, maybe it is a way of reminding you of the magical gift of l life that you can give, as it was given to you. Remember your birthday is the day that your mother gave you life and it is a precious day for many reasons! I find the fact that you have had your period on your birthday a sign that you must be a very feminine woman. Imagine a time in the future when your birthday arrives and your period does not. One of these times that will be the sign of your firstborn child, that will surely change your cycle once and for all. (perhaps it already has!)
It is all in the way you look at it. Half empty or half full, a good attitude can make all the difference.
((Love and Blessings))

If you take birth control talk to your doctor about taking the pill so that you only get four periods a year. The pill needs to have a low amount of estrogen I think.
I take my pills 9 weeks at a time and then a week off for my period. I do manipulate it a bit and if I know I don't want my period that week I will take an extra week of pills.
It takes a while for your body to get used to it, but I've been doing it for about a year and I barely get my period at all, it's great!
Ask your doctor.

Love isn't new. after all, what moved Jehovah to initiate turning out to be? It grow to be no longer that he grow to be lonely and needed companionship. Jehovah is done and self-contained, lacking no longer some thing that some different person would furnish. yet his love, an energetic high quality, evidently moved him to prefer to percentage the buzz of existence with smart creatures who ought to savour the type of present. “the starting up of the creation through God” grow to be his in trouble-free terms-begotten Son. (Revelation 3:14) Then Jehovah used this draw close worker to deliver all different issues into existence, starting up with the angels. (2 Corinthians 3:17) for this reason, they loved because they were loved first. So it grow to be with mankind to boot. From the starting up, Adam and Eve were almost bathed in love. everywhere they regarded of their Paradise domicile in Eden, they could see data of the daddy’s love for them. be conscious what the Bible says: “Jehovah God planted a backyard in Eden, in route of the east, and there he placed the guy whom he had formed.” (Genesis 2:8) have you ever been in an fairly beautiful backyard or park? What extremely joyful you maximum? the gentle filtering through the leaves in a shady alcove? the attractive array of shades in a mattress of vegetation? The heritage music of a gurgling brook, making a music birds, and humming insects? What about the scents of timber, end result, and blossoms? after all, no park immediately ought to judge with the single in Eden. Why?
