Actually we don't celebrate Valentines day, or at least we don't call it Valentines.
Anyway, if you want to wish someone a happy holiday in Serbian you should say: Srećan dan zaljubljenih. it means something like: happy day of inloves, since like I said we don't connect it with Valentine since it doesn't exist in our culture.
you can say Happy Valentinovo - but thats in Croatian, anyone in serbia would understand it, but I wouldn't reccomend you to use this greeting.
I adore you is Ja te obožavam, or just obožavam te..
hope it helps, if you want more info feel free to contact me.

Happy Valentine would be Srechan dan zaljubljenih, but as you can see they don't celebrate it that much, cuz it's a catholic holiday and most of the Serbians are orthodox...
i adore you would be Obozavam te or Ja te obozavam...

I wish I knew, but I don't... so in that case, go to Google search and type in "free english serbian translation" to see if you can get any free translation engines to come up. If you're not sure how accurate a computer-generated translation is, track down a serbian chatroom online (AOL maybe?) and ask in there. It might be hard to find someone here on Yahoo Answers who is fluent in Serbian, but I'm sure there are other message boards/chat rooms elsewhere on the web that are frequented by Serbians who could help you. Good luck!

In Serbian...
1) Happy Valentine's Day = SRETAN VALENTINOVO
Happy = Sretan
Valentine's Day = Valentinovo
2) I adore you = OBAZAVAM TE
To adore = obazavati
you = te
