1. I hate that when I have an issue and am irritated, I get additionally irritated talking to someone who I don't understand and who doesn't understand me.

2. I hate that with all the people we have here who need jobs we can't operate call centers here, and that businesses are so into profit that they won't pay decent wages.

3. I hate that in all other countries there are restrictions on hiring immigrants, legal or otherwise, and that these countries put employing their citizens as the first priority and we don't.

They don't really care if you are angry because they have been paid. This is the truth. Some firms use Internet help tool for you to chat with someone instead.

Businesses that make money from actual transactions on the phone (used to be airlines, travel, insurance) rarely have delays because they don't want you angry.

Besides them taking jobs from the USA, I can never understand what their saying on the phone, and then they get mad at you because you can't understand what the hell they are saying

antr stad people who cite that companies are too into profit;meanwhile half their savings are tiesd up in their 401k and other investment accounts and then complain when they do not get good returns.
