you need to invest in a high quality cleaner instead of the $50 dixie cups that you are purchasing at wally's world. I have had an Electrolux for 15 years and it works just as good as they day I bought it. It sounds like the belt on the vacuum is burning.

It can be anything, but if it happens to all of your vacuums then it's probably something you are or are not doing.
I would look at the above suggestions, like checking the belts to checking the height adjuster.
Then, consider your vacuum. You have to change the bags, which do clog up. You should do this every 3 months if you vacuum weekly.

Yeah that sounds like the belt. Make sure the belt is on it right and not broken. If it is broken you can buy a new one for a few dollars at the store you bought the vacuum or at walmart.

Do you have a lot of hair? If so, you will have to cut or pull them off the roller brushes to stop this from happening. Human hair gets wrapped around the roller & burns as it slips under the rubber gasket/ring! If not, then I don't know what to tell you.

It's the belt, when it gets old, it does not rotate any more stays in one spot, and starts to burn, before it breaks a part

Sounds like you are sucking something up that is hanging up in the beater brush. That will burn one up real fast. Are you putting the beater brush and the belt back in right?
