How can I find a data entry job at home without credit card payment or without paypal payment and just receive pay check every two weeks and receive the data entry job by e-mail with the attachment around $25 - $50/case and at least one case/day?

They don't exist. Try your local staffing agency. They might have data entry. Keep calling in for availability. Something is bound to happen.
