Run dungeons with groups and you'll level real fast. As a healer-offtank you'll be popular.
If you don't want to group or heal, you rolled the wrooooong class...

Do instance runs with a guild if you want to level faster. Once you hit the 40's be prepared to be forced to grind more and have to search to find the right quest to do - the 40's are rough on alliance.
I have a lvl 61 paladin, 67 shaman, 60 priest and a bunch of much lower levels.
