money, so my question is, how can we collect the money and give it to the winner... is there a website online like all electronic using debit/ credit cards

I've run pools every year. Make one guy responsible to collect the money. Get the money up front, before the tourney starts. Track the tourney using Yahoo! brackets (it is a great tool). Give the money to the winner at the end. (Use checks or Money Orders to send the money)

I'm not sure about online stuff... but it's easy, all of you can scan a bracket onto the computer and send it to each others emails..... everyone will have a copy, and everyone just sends the money to whoever wins..... that's what i would do
Or even just enter a bracket on Yahoo, and everyone get in the same group to determine the winner.... i hope this helps!

Yes its called paypal, but I don't know if they will do it for betting. If you say you're buying something from the winner you might be able to do it that way. www.paypal.com

Yes ESPN.com has it every year and I'm sure that many other sites does too. Maybe even yahoo.
