Do you think it should be s two year window for mal-practice? Is there anything that can be done after two years to at least get word out that the hospital or doctor responsible is wrong?

Basically, I was diagnosed at 21 as having had a stroke caused by seizures I was having. They put me on stroke, seizure and blood thinner meds. Now, 7 years later, I find out that I never had a stroke, the seizures were caused by a stress disorder, and the meds they had me on for 7 years caused permanent brain damage. Now I am med-free, have learned to deal with stress, and haven't had a seizure since being off of the meds. Is there anything I can do to go after the doctor/hospital? The thought that just because the "original" diagnosis was too long ago to file mal-practice sickens me.(No pun intended.) I feel like there should be something I can do to at least keep others from suffering my fate.

I think that "Dr." should be put in jail for the rest of his life. He's a liar and a cheater and a cold mistreater. You should put th dr.'s name on here, so no one else makes the same mistake with that dr. God knows, you culd save a life!
