Well, that's a difficult thing to deal with. You have just begun to live your life! I'm sorry to say that no matter what, this is going to greatly affect the rest of your life, and possibly in a not so great way. Children are amazing and a blessing (I'm pregnant with my first) but when you're still a child yourself it's difficult to handle.
Have you talked to your parents about it yet? I think if you have, and they understand, you should give the child up for adoption. Give him/her a chance to live and give a family that won't be able to have a child a chance to love him/her as much as s/he deserves.
Good luck. I know this must be rough, and I'm sure that some people will say some not-so-fantastic things, but I know that you can get through this, no matter what you choose.

Hopefully your lying but if you really are pregnant, I don;t see how you could possibly keep the baby. I would tell your parents, as hard as it might be, and find out how much they're willing to help. I believe at your age, it's their responsibility. Maybe a nice family could adopt your baby in an open adoption so you could still have a relationship with him or her. I'm against abortion but believe if there's no other alternative you can live with, it's better to have it done.

How can you be pregnant at ten? Why would you have sex at ten? My daughter is almost 10 and doesn't even like boys much less started her period, or even knows what sex is.
I think you are just joking and trying to get attention. Being pregnant isn't something to joke about and you should feel ashamed at yourself.

10 is extremely young but i think the first thing u should do it tell your parents. i know it is hard...it was THE hardest thing i have ever done was telling my parents that i was pregnant. but it turned out to be the best thing. my parent were mad and cryed a lot but they understood that people make mistakes.
tell your parents first.
in my opinion abortion is wrong.

If this is real ,go to a doctor ,your mother or a school councillor .I would think an abortion would be a good idea ,also the person who got you pregnant is a child abuser he is the one in trouble,don't be a victim.tell on him.

ok first if ur 10 u havnt started ur perid so u cant be pregant and when I was 10 i didnt even have a boyfriend i got my first kiss at 13 and now im 16 and still havnt done that UR NOT PREGANT! oh and thanks 4 the points!
