OK, there is this guy who randomly IMed me and we started talking and we seemed to really click. He asked me if I wanted to be his GF and I said yes. I was caught in the moment. Afterwards I realized he was some guy I met on the internet. He said he was from a school near me. (he named it but i will not for SAFETY REASONS!) and he told me his name and we talked about each other. The next day he started saying stuff like "i love u" and "i dont want to ever leave you" I became uncomfortable and answered all of these by saying "me 2" or "all the way" he gave me a thousand compliments. I was uncomfortable. I dumped him and he took it REALLY HARD! He started to say he still loved me no matter what and we would always be. He kept on asking and I said we could be friends. it went on for a while when I finally convinced him I had homework and that we were just friends. He took it "not so easily" Do u think I did the right thing????

Yes because he made you feel uncomfertable and if he does that he shouldnt be with you. If any guy makes you uncomfertable you should dump him.

.You definitely did the right thing. If a guy wants you to be his GF in less than a day of knowing each other that's already pushing it, but to say i love you that soon is not good. don't have regrets about dumping him you did the right thing

I don't think you should talk to him anymore...block him if you have to and if he someone IMs you again, tell him that you got a new SN recently and you're just getting used to it or you just don't go online anymore.

He sounds like the kind of a guy that would be the start of an abusive relationship and if you left him he'd hunt you down. Stop talking to him and good luck! ;-)

yes you did the right thing. He was definitely not acting normal. You can't love someone that soon, you've never met, and know nothing about. Be careful there are sexual predators out there and they look for girls/women with low self esteem, sad, hurt, upset to prey upon, leave him alone, block him, do not respond anymore to him

Yes. From reading your description, I got really weirded out by this guy. You didn't need the grief this guy would have caused you. You did smart.
