Dwayne Jarrett is better than Steve Smith of USC but not the Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers. Jarrett will be better than Mike Williams & probably a little better than Keyshawn Johnson's career.

Dwayne Jarrett is way too good and way too competitive to not be a success in the NFl. No matter what team he goes to he will be a Star receiver. He may not have the best rookie season but he will have a Keyshawn type career without the big mouth.
He is also not money hungy like Mike Williams and that is why Mike had to wait a year before entering the draft. He tried leaving his sophmore year so he would be one of the richest 20 year olds on the planet. But we all know how that went down.

Yeah....Steve Smith had a great season too, and I'm suprised that there isn't more talk about him.
Personally, I wish Carolina would draft him so we could have two Steve Smiths...oh the joy.
But as for the question...I think Jarrett will do alright, it's not like Keyshawn was THAT good...reliable of course. I think they're all to be shadowed by Calvin Johnson though. Is he even first round talent?

Dwayne Jarret will not be the next Mike Williams, and he will have a better careet than Keyshawn had, and he will be better than Steve Smith. Dwayne Jarret probably won't be a top 10 pick, so he will go to a team that is pretty good, maybe Tennessee. Plus, whichever team takes him will know that he can play the number one spot, so they will give him a chance to play. I want him to go to the Titans, I think he would make an amazing team with Vince Young.

neither. mike williams has been and still is a great player, when he feels like being one. his attitude is what killed him. jarrett will be 10X better than johnson. so hopefully that answers your question...now as for your comment...this past year according to the numbers and just watching the games, Smith was the better player. he was more of the go to guy than jarrett was. as a season ticket holder and die hard fan, im more upset about losing a rock solid player like smith than a flashy, streaky player like jarrett...

Yeah Smith was overshadowed by Jarrett alot. I think they both will be Number 1 recievers for teams in the future. But you have to give it up to Calvin Johnson though. That guy is a beast!
