whats the nicest city in tennesse between nashville, knoxville and chattanooga? and why?

Easy choice. Knoxville. Much less crime than the others. Knoxville is a college town with plenty to do and well educated people who are always greeting you on the street, even if they don't know you. Chattanooga is a hick town with a bunch a yahoos living there and Nashville has way too much crime to want to live in that cesspool.
Also, the cost of living is very low and the weather is excellent.

Chattanooga!!
It is God's country. It does not have the UT Volunteers like Knoxville or the Music like Nashville but the people are great. It has the right balance of things like a city but acts like a small town.
I would be there now, but there are just too many doctors per square foot,
