I love going barefoot, and I sometimes walk barefoot down my street wearing only a T -- shirt and a pair of cutoff blue jeans . Would YOU be willing to put on a T -- shirt and a pair of cutoff blue jeans and walk barefooted down the street ? One rule I have is that everyone who sees you has

I ALWAYS go Barefoot down the street, because I Never wear
shoes, and have been completely Barefoot for over 20 years
since High School. I don't worry about Dirt, because I'm used to having Filthy Bare Feet. I am proud of the tough, thick Calluses
I' ve developed, and my Feet can take anything. Even small slivers of glass, metal and the like. I'm sure my other Barefoot Buddies here would say the same. Like you, My style is Tee shirt, jeans or cut-offs, and BARE FEET, and I'd be happy to take a long walk in our Bare Feet anytime your ready.

Especially in the summer I go barefoot whenever possible. It's not ideal in the city because of how dirty the pavements (sidewalks) are but I'm barefoot all the time at home, all the time in the summer if in the park or on a beach or on vacation.
Not really sure what the big deal is though. Surely this isn't exactly rare behaviour.

I do that kind of thing all the time. Most people dont care what anyone else does. The people who do care that I like to be barefoot can go stuff it. Sounds like you're a barefooter at heart. check out the web group below. Over 1000 members just like you - love barefootin'.

In the summer I go barefoot all the time. I usually walk to the park barefoot or around my neighborhood

Well in New York where I live hell no, but on the streets of Charleston, South Carolina I do it all the time. The warmth you feel on your feet is just great. If I walked barefoot in NY, I would definitely need to amputate.

I always walk around barefoot around my property, but when I was at my friend's house in the suburbs I walked her dog barefoot and almost stepped on a used condom.
Learnt my lesson there. There so much seediness to step on in the street.

Yes, used to be the norm. I don't do it much anymore. I am not sure if it was a change in personality or just a change in where I live, but I don't find that I have the need or desire to it anymore. I used to run races with my cousin bare footed down the street...to prove who had the toughest feet. I usually won. I guess maybe I've gone soft!

It's okay. Just don't walk barefooted on hot summer days on the asphalt of your street if you're crossing.
