Perhaps you could take a mallet, confront your rents and tell them if they dont let you go, you'll hit em with it. Continue hitting until they agree. Its so simple!

Whatever you do, don't lie to them. If they don't want you to go on a date, then you shouldn't. I'm assuming that you're not an adult, so they have the ultimate say in these kinds of things.
Don't lie, because when they find out (and they usually do), you will have given them reason to distrust you, which would be so much worse than not going on some date. Once you've lost a parents trust, you will have a hard time doing anything at all...even innocent stuff.

Try dating in groups. Bowling night? Try having a movie night at your house with 3 couples, so your parents meet them. It's more fun to date as a group, even if the boy girl count isn't coupled off yet.

i hate to be really lame and say this. but if your parents aren't ready to let you go on a date, you need to respect what they say.
if you ask them and they say no, then just listen. because normally they're right about this kind of thing.
you can still hang out with your guy with friends if you want. go as a group to the movies, or to eat. then it's not a "date"

If you have to sneak around on your parents to date, then you probably shouldn't be doing it. Lying to your parents is not the way to get them to trust you.
