hey me too! Exactly to the day I am 4 weeks. :-) Congrats... Well about now it depends. Many women experience many different things. Some have cravings really bad, some have mood swings real bad, some have morning sickness (variant times of the day depending) and some don't feel a thing ( the LUCKY ONES!!) I am sick as a dog- can't eat, can't sleep... nothing sounds good and nothings tastes good... I am naseaus all the time and hopefully it will end soon!
Tips: take your vitamin, work around your morning sickness- get up slowly, eat light in the morning, small frequent meals will help... don't do situps or pushups, still exercise (like on an exercise bike) or go for frequent walks during the week, eat extra healthy- fruits, veggies, sufficient protein... maybe watch the eggs, I've heard of people throwing them up, I did... and be sure to drink plent of liquids- milk is really good on my tummy, V8 fusion becuase it has lots of vitamins in it, and plenty of water especially since your little joey is feeding off of you!
Hope this helps!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!This is the time that you actually don't feel pregnant except for sensitive and full feeling breasts, you might be urinating frequently now and possibly tired or hungry. Everybody's different so you may have some of these symptoms or none at this time. Just listen to your body and you will feel changes going on. When I was pregnant with my first, I couldn't believe I was pregnant because I felt so good, however when I smelled a package of dates I had to run to the bathroom.
My breasts were a little sore and I had frequent urination but not right away. My second pregnancy was different----I knew I was pregnant before I missed a period! I was hungry all the time, naseated alot, and also felt the baby move around at 12 weeks!
Sooooooooo sit back, take your prenatal vitamins, drink your milk, keep your feet up, pamper yourself and enjoy every minute. It really is very exciting and when you feel the baby move you will be estatic. Good Luck!

Relax and enjoy the fact that you are growing a baby inside you. Later in the pregnancy things will change and you will know more of what you can do and what you shouldnt do. Talk to your doctor and find out if there is anything he wants you to change, and if not have fun with it..

You may be feeling nauseous--and crampy--the way you would feel before you get your period or during your period--You cans till do anything you want--you are fine --If you feel uncomfortable doing any particular activities--don't do them--but it is okay for you to exercise, etc...One thing I wouldn't do--don't sit in hot tubs too much or go into saunas or steam rooms--the excessive heat might not be good for your body--could be too extrme adn could afect you and your baby--Basically avoid any extreme activities--but continue your normal life--when you need to re-adjust you will know--because the way your body feels will tell you it is time to change your behaviors/activities...
Congratulations!!

Don't drink and don't push down on your stomach. In about 2 or 3 months when the baby starts kicking and stuff, start talking to it and rubbing your stomach. IMy mom did that when she was pregnant with my baby sister, it calms the baby down.
p.s. Don't listen to anything loud!
