A better quality and cheaper option is to call a florist local to wherever you want the flowers delivered and have them do it. 1-800-FLOWERS is the big one currently, if you want to do it that way (they have a last minute sale now), but if you contact a florist in the city you want them delivered to, they are usually very helpful and work with you in a way that most large commercial sites won't. I've sent flowers innumerable times and my best bet is always the florist near where I'm sending the flowers-- yellowpages.com or Yahoo local all the way. It's a difference of $10 at the least, and the quality is always above par.

Okay I am the Queen of flower delivery - never had a complaint from anyone I sent them to. I go to two sites... www.roses4less.com or fromyouflowers.com each will give you a free vase most of the time. They are less expensive than others and have great flowers. I also love Cheryl&Co. for cookies, etc. they are THE BEST to send - wayyy better than Mrs. Fields. Good luck!!

The BEST SITE would be your local florist. Florists take the orders and payments. and you sign the card yourself. If you are sending the flowers out of the area, an affiliated florist will deliver them.

Why is it that people don't believe in supporting their local community businesses anymore? Keeping the economy flowing in one's own neighborhood is a GOOD thing!--and it's not out of your way.
