It's still not okay but would be alittle more acceptable if....the murderer has a SERIOUS mental illness, if you murdered someone that hurt and/or killed your child, or someone you love, and last, if you killed someone in self-defense.

There is no acceptable circumstance to murder, there is no human being that has the right to invade or take the life of another human being, murder is murder there is no 1st, 2nd, or 3thd degree in my view, I do believe in the death penalty because it is a law of the land, to me if you murder someone then you die for that crime it's that simple.

Part of the definition of murder is that it is unjustified, as I understand it; so there is no acceptable instance.
Self defense, or stopping a madman on a killing spree wouldn't be murder.

I think its wrong. But it depends on what religion or your beliefs are too. But religion and my beliefs believe its wrong, but there are other beliefs.
I think its wrong because the person has no chance to change if he/she has done something wrong to be murdered. They don't get the chance of living their lives as the rest of us do. And think of their families also.

There's NO right way to answer that BUT, God forgives those who Murder other people BUT, he does NOT forgive those that take their own Life. Figure THAT one out.

no, but an awareness of our limited existence should lead one to question whatever happens. for many people, what they turn out to be is directed by small events. so any time you can be helpful rather than hurtful, by all means do so. you may be saving more than that person's life.
