pretty much anything Juicy couture or Victoria secret[pink] is really warm and comfy. and both are a little on the expensive side, but if stylish is what your looking for that kinda hard to get around.

I have this trouble too. My closet is mostly t-shirts with only a few long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts.

Anyway, try
(1.) a white turtleneck with kakhis or cords and boots.
(2.) anyway cute sweatshirts with jeans and cute shoes
(3.) you can dress up a sweater with a fashionable glam pin

I love wearing tracksuits. The velour ones that Juicy Couture makes are very nice and comfy.

wool or thermal leggings can be worn under jeans to keep warm or you can just wear them with skirts or dresses, layer lots of cute cotton pieces with a jacket and scarf, cute ballet flats and you are all set!

cottons are always warm and comfy.
you just have to shop around.
layering is super cool right now, so take advantage of it. but make it purposeful layering. mix and match colors and patterns/lengths/fabrics.

if you have jeans with holes in them, its super fun to wear leggings underneath. oh especially if they are patterned.
