How many pages would make a chapter, a good chapter, a bad chapter or just a normal chapter?

A chapter is not a function of a certain number of pages. Like paragraphs, it completes an idea, or purpose. The character goes somewhere, does something, learns something, etc. Think of your book as a staircase, and each chapter is a step. It accomplishes something, moves toward the goal. All the steps together make the complete staircase, which takes the reader from point A to point B.

It all actually depends on how big you want it to be. A good chapter for me would be about 30-50 pages. But that might be too long for some. A chapter that's only 1 page long would be okay too if it makes sense.
Hope my advice helped at least a little.

its good to mix up how many pages you have in a chapter, i know that famous author james patterson's novels have chapters that are usually two - ten pages long so he ends up having well over a hundred chapters in his novels
by changing how long a chapter is, it makes it more interesting for the reader-however, whatever you decide to do, i think you should know that the amount of pages in a chapter does not decided wether it is a bad chapter or not
also for example- william faulkner had a chapter that was 5 words!
good luck and happy writing :)

Depends on the book. But have you ever read any of James Patterson's books? He writes short chapters - some are 2 or 3 pages long and they leave you breathless with suspense. I always think I'll read just one more then end up reading another.

Depending on the author, I have seen chapters from a fraction of a page to scores.

it mainly depends on how important the context is, not how long it is
