Newspaper reports in Oakland have surfaced detailing an impromptu meeting between Al Davis and Randy Moss.. Apparently Moss went into Al Davis' office this morning and demanded he hire Marty Schottenheimer as the new Raiders Offensive Coordinator.. Will this be a good fit for the Raiders??

You got some really bad information. Marty (not smarty) is a Raider Hater and would never be hired by Al Davis as long as he lives. The guy is an idiot and his cheese slipped from his cracker a long time ago. Al Davis may, however, trade Randy Moss for an offensive lineman and 2nd tier receiver.

I think so. But would Marty take a back seat to Lane Kiffin?
With the talent they have in Oakland on the offensive side of the ball and with that Warren Sapp led defense, they should have been contenders this past season.
I don't know why Marty coaced teams don't go to Super Bowl but I don't believe his coaching to be the sole reason.
RE Moss: I don't think Moss should be DEMANDING ANYTHING tho. His numbers could be a whole lot better before demanding anything.
He still has a LOT of GOOD PLAY in him tho.
Maybe just STRONGLY URGE.
:-)

Randy Moss makes a good point at least the Raiders would begin winning games and Davis is up in the years, so Marty would be a good fix for winning.

That didn't happen either. Quit posting these bogus headlines unless you're going to add a link to them. Yesterday you said Laidanian "demanded" to be traded to the Patriots. Before that it was LT "demanded" Belichick as the Chargers next head coach, and before that it was TO "demanded" to go to New England.

None of these things actually happened, so just stop it already.

No. I don't see Al listening to anybodys demands. Al and Shittenhiemer=oil and water.

Murdoch, this won't happen and everyone knows it.

Moss wants the ball. Marty is conservative. This wouldn't work even if it happened.

Have I told you that I've missed your rumor mill recently?
