my computer wont connect to the internet. They say its my firewall. I have norton so can someone tell me how to get the firewall off of my http ports please.

port 80 (http) is always unblocked by firewalls unless u chnage it....u shd disable norton altogther to see if that is the problem.

I don't have Norton so I can not tell you step by step instructions. However you will need to get into your setting. Look for something like Reset to Defaults. If you can not find that. Look for Program Permissions. Then find the program that needs access and allow it to connect to the Internet.
