Godzilla would win. (If it's the Japanese one)
1. He is huge
2. Plasma Breath
3. Can live underwater
4. Beats the pudding out of everything
5. Rage can only last so long where as Godzilla is forever
6. Godzilla doesn't need a reason to tear it up

Yes, I think so. With the exception of Superman, I don't think any mythical creature could be the Hulk.
Why? Because the Hulk gets stronger the more angry he gets. True, Hulk isn't the smartest guy on the block, but you don't have to be Batman to find a way to beat up Godzilla.

I pick Godzilla. Simply because the Japanese cannot properly say Godzilla.

Considering Godzilla has beaten the deadliest creatures out there, has blown up countless numbers of jets and tanks and heck...just because HE'S FRIGGIN' HUGE ummm....
I would bet on Big G.
