Yes, it is true. It is due to a hormonal imbalance in the woman's body at different stages of her menstrual cycle. 2 weeks before (if she has a 28 day cycle), she is likely to be at her most fertile, which means that her oestrogen levels are much higher. This increase in hormones comes from the brain and can result in clumsiness and also sometimes lack of spacial awareness.

Maybe for some girls but not all. I know when I get my period because I'll get all moody and emotional the week before it starts!

I spose it could be different for people but mine is usually a couple of days before. Plus periods occur monthly then and you said two weeks before and two weeks after then that person would be constantly moody so i don't think it's that.

this is true for many girls but every girls body is different due to the amount of hormones you have and just your personality sometimes i am moody a little before but not as much after

It's different for everyone. Some women are, some are not. Some have PMS that will have them bed-ridden for a couple days, some don't have any PMS at all. It just depends.

yes for some women it is.... i quite often get moody the week before i get it, during and a few days afterwards... but its different with every women and sometimes every cycle.
