will pc4000 be better than pc3200?

The SIS 661FX only supports up to pc3200 and not the 500Mhz pc4000.

From the link below, the highest speed memory will be DDR400 (PC3200). If you try to install a DDR500 (PC4000) memory stick, the system will probably not recognize the memory or at best will be unstable.

go to www.crucial.com they check which memory is right for your pc by using your system information! this is what i did last week and i bought 1gb of RAM and its running perfect!
