Today has been my grand-daughter's first birthday, and it's been great!

Me, I am well chuffed with myself, joined a slimming club 2 weeks ago and lost 9lb so far, tonight I was awarded slimmer of the week and came away with a certificate and a huge bag of goodies, healthy ones but its made my day.
