does anybody knows one of these sites to use it to unlock the locked sites

you need to find a proxy site that your firewall has not blocked yet. If you are up against sonicwall, this might be difficult. Sonicwall is very good about constantly updating its database of blocked sites on a regular basis.
New proxies are brought online every day, do some searching and you will find one that works.

I know you don't want to hear this, but you can't and you shouldn't even try because that is against the acceptable use policy at your school. They have sites blocked for a reason and trying to bypass their security will get you banned from using any of their computers and probably even suspended or expelled. They track everything you do and you will get caught.
