they shood do it at 13 or 14 im 13 and got my nose done and thats a more major piercing than that

you have to be 18 without a parent or atleast 13 with a parent. the cost differs from each place because each tattoo parlors costs are different. tell me a place and ill look it up for you.

You have to be 18 unless a parent is willing to sign for you. And mine was $55 in Wisconsin.

i truly dont think there should be an age, but if you NEED one, id say 13. and in most places where i live it costa around $30.
