I hear my stepmom talk to one of her friends about me critising me, how i act daily, how i spend too much time on comp and how i dont spend with her although she tried and so on. Does this means she dont like me/ love me? Should i tell her that i heared this convo ?

Yes, I think that would help. Maybe you could find out how to change a little more and you could let her know how you fell.

She likes/loves you. Being a stepmom, she is trying really hard to get you to accept her. Try spending some quality time with her. Just talk to her. Or maybe watching a movie. Don't mention over hearing the conversation. Give her a chance, open up to her. It is just as hard for her as it is for you.

it sounds like she feels rejected, because you would rather spend time on the computer than with her. tell her that you heard her and that you want to spend more time with her, it will make her happy. but only tell her this if you actualy plan on doing it!

You should definetly tell her you overheard her coversation. I think that is really rude of her to say that about you. Ask her if this is how she really feels about you, and how you BOTH can change this living situation. But you really have to let her know how you feel about this.

Moms all complain about their kids, don't worry, its normal.
But if you want to talk to her about it, go ahead, she'll find it mature of you to want to work things out.
If she didn't love you, she wouldn't even have a thought about you, much less a whole conversation. chill out, you're LOVED!!!!
