If he is the father, then yes. Anna Nicole Smith has millions of dollars coming her way from her late husband's death. The money she inherited is held for her. So, since she is dead, the baby will get the money. The baby is too young to hold onto it, so the father will soley be responsible for it. I personally think she and her son were murdered by the father so they could not get the money, and therefore it's accessible to him. They also could be doing it for their 15 minutes of fame, but I think it's having to deal with money. It's weird because right after her son's death, Anna's mother warned Anna to watch her back. It's also weird that they would die of the same thing, Anna's mother said her grandson would never do that. I don't think Anna would either, she had a small baby to take care of and all that money coming her way.

Yes ,but I think it was a accident.I think Howard gave him something to help him sleep and didn't know what else he was taking and it was a drug interaction.All three were in the hospital.Daniel was heard saying he was not tired and did not want to sleep but he was hungry.Howard went and got him something to eat.Daniel ate it and asked Howard after "Why am I so Tired" Than Daniel went to sleep and never woke up.Than Anna was heard saying to Howard"You did this to him" Now either he gave him something to help him sleep or drugged his food.He had 7 different drugs in his system when he died.Maybe Howard didn't know some were already there.Straight from the interviews he gave on TV,Entertainment tonight,and other TV shows of what happened.That's what is gonna get him in trouble.Good Luck!

Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressant drugs, a U.S.-based pathologist who conducted a private autopsy said Wednesday.
Toxicology tests showed Daniel Smith had methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro in his system when he died Sept. 10 in a hospital room in the Bahamas where his former Playboy playmate mother was recuperating from giving birth to a daughter, according to Cyril Wecht.
"The fact that we have these drugs and the levels of the drugs overwhelmingly and most logically point to this being a tragic, accidental, drug-related death," Wecht told The Associated Press from his home in the Pittsburgh area.
Wecht said Smith apparently died from a "classical" combination of the drugs which had a lethal "cumulative effect on the central nervous system."
"Coroners working around the country, we see this in people taking two or three drugs or more," he said.
Smith had been reported to be suffering from depression in the weeks before he went to the Bahamas to visit his reality TV star mom and his newborn half-sister. Zoloft and Lexapro are antidepressants commonly prescribed for patients with anxiety and panic disorders.
Methadone, a pain-reliever, is also commonly used by people recovering from drug addictions.
"It is used for people who have been on heroin or morphine," Wecht said. "I have made those inquiries. I can only say to you no one has suggested anything having to do with drug addiction in this boy."
Wecht said he would share his results Thursday with the pathologist who conducted the official autopsy in the Bahamas, but did not know whether they would issue a joint report on the death.
In Nassau, Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez said he has not yet received official toxicology results, which will determine whether or not a jury inquest into the death is necessary.

Maybe. He might have killed them for the money. His name allegedly was on the Methadone bottles that she and her son were taking. He seems like he is on drugs now too. He was always so in love with her and was always around. Like 24/7. Seems a little nuts.
Other theories:
She overdosed. Either on purpose or not. Tried to kill herself or maybe she was mixing too many drugs and they were lethal.
She choked on her own vomit.
