i love to snack before dinner and tea times i have heard that if you chew your food foorteen time you dont put any wieght on and think that is rubbish any other idea apart from exercising

kk firstly chewing your food does help you keep the weight off. I won't go into it too much but chemicals in your saliva break down fats in your food so if you chew it more then your getting more of those into food earlier on.

Also if you snack alot try eating shape yoghurts with lasting satisfaction they fill you up and don't have much fat. Also everytime you think of having a snack think of your stomach and how the moment will only last for a moment but it will stay on your stomach for long.

Are you sure you're too young to go to the gym? At my gym, I see 12 year olds. You don't need a gym to exercise though. Find something you like, even if its only a brisk walk or bike ride and do it at least 3 times a see. The theory behind chewing your food well is that it aids the digestive process by getting your digestive enzymes going in the first stage, while the food is still in your mouth, and that this causes you not to store as much food as fat. I'm not sure how much it pertains to weight loss, but having smoother digestion seems to help with a lot of health issues. I would just focus on eating foods that are as close as possible to their natural state such as fruits, vegetables. natural cheeses and unsweetened yogurt, whole grains and minimizing those that have been heavily processed, even if they're labelled "low fat" or "low calorie". If you develop a taste for fruits and vegetables now, it will be easier to avoid putting on weight as you get older.

eat healthy liked fruits, anything green. U can go walking around where u live, and if u like to snack on things like yogurt. and stop drinking soda.. hope this helps

if your too young,then exercise at home.walking is good to loose weight.just watch you eat and how much and exercise and the weight will come off.

eat healthier foods such as salad and fruits and veggies. drink water instead of soft drinks and dont eat fast food.

run, play outside. That will help you lose some weight
