how do i break my ulna or radius bone(arm)?

i need to know how to break an radius or ulna bone for a research project in school. I cant find any useful info. anywhere, so please help me.

Any force directed at the arm from any angle. So to get wacked perpendicular with a solid oject will do it around the whole circumference. Also force from falling on the hand and outstreached arm.

There are any number of ways, really. Probably the most dependable is to hire a skanky creep for a decent amount of money. DON'T ask a friend, and don't expect to get someone good for $20. You get who you pay for. Suggest a super-heavy crowbar, or let him suggest something. Make sure you know your anatomy, and look for the thinnest part of the bone. If you want to exsanguinate as well, go for an area where the bone might hopefully splinter up and puncture an artery in the process. DO NOT seek medical help, although you could ice the area and have some heroin around for pain. Good luck on your research project.

I broke my ulna severly while riding my bike, lost my balance and tried to catch myself palm side down on the ground, my weight pushed my arm down to the top of my hand (for example bend ur fingers backwards, now imagine 120lbs causing the top of your hand to touch your arm). I crushed the growth plate on my ulna and it stopped growing completely.

I'm afraid you may be trying to hurt yourself instead of doing a project, having been a child and wanting attention before, I understand. Please don't try to hurt yourself but in all honesty, there are about a million ways to break your arm (it's hard to do it TO yourself, though).
