I've been very tired for the past 2 weeks. I have had about 7 hours average of sleep at night. I don't drink coffee to keep myself awake and I don't use caffeine pills. I am not stressed out at the time being and my health is perfectly fine. So what's your diagnosis for me?

I see your point in changing the diet. I haven't really changed much about it. Not the amount I eat, but more of when I eat dinner. I try to eat dinner earlier so I can have more time to do more things.

For one thing, you probably need more than 7 hours of sleep a night. Try making an effort to get the 8-9 hours of sleep doctors recommend and that would probably help you. There are some OTC pills that are supposed to help a person sleep also. Tylenol makes one called Simply Sleep that you could try. Also, have you started a diet or changed your eating habits in the past couple of weeks? A friend of mine went on a very low-carb diet and began to feel tired as a result. If you develop other symptoms that worry you I would see a doctor. Sudden tiredness with no known cause is a possible sign of many different illnesses and disorders. Again, I would only see a doctor though if other symptoms develop, or if this sleepiness greatly interferes with your daily activities. Hope that helped!
