I have been losing my flexibility and have been getting tighter and stiffer... any ideas on how to get flexible again?? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

The only answer I know to that is STRETCH. We all get stiffer and older, older and stiffer. Don't get discouraged by what it feels and looks like now, just do it, after a good warm-up. You will get most of your stretches back very soon.

See a rubdown therapist. that's from muscle stress on your hip flexors (iliopsoas) or quadratus lumborum. Stretching after exercising will help look after flexibility that's a considerable area of power.

Yeah, don't get discouraged...just try warming up with a little aerobics and stretching as much as you can - just make sure your muscles are warm. Also try out Hot Yoga. It's great to help gain flexibilty. Good Luck

Just do a lot of stretches, but don't stetch too much or else you might get hurt. If you are losing flexibilaty, don't jump into the splits or something. just do some daily stretches and you'll see some results.

STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH every day!!! But if you haven't done it in a while, start slowly. Stretch each muscle group as far as you can, and hold for a few seconds, breathe into the stretch, and then push just a little further. good luck.

are you streching as much? You have to keep it up.. not just stop when you get to the desired level. Also make sure that you are steching after running, lifting heavy object or anything else that will make your muscles stiff.

just stretch every day and try hot baths to losen up muscles

try to strech,keep it simple,but make it generally and everyday
