and- why won't the man take a DNA test ? If he's the father - it shouldn't be an issue. Otherwise he's prolonging his 15 minutes of fame.

I think he's been positioning himself over the past 5 years .. if you think about it Daniels gone ... now Anna .. if he's really the father, then half of the money goes to him... maybe he doesnt want the DNA test because HES NOT THE FATHER and then he'd be left with nothing... by killing off Anna, and Daniel, no one but him knows the truth UNLESS they go for the DNA and thats the one thing that Howard is trying so desperately to stop.

He should be a person of interest, at the least. We may never know whether he gave Daniel the pills. He could have gave Anna Nicole pills then went to the yacht they bought, as a cover. Then he received a call about her.. OH MY! He is just in it for the money. He was a nobody b4 her, now hes trying to be someone w/ the money. If he was really the father of the baby, he would say, "Let's get this child paternity over with and do a test, whether it's in the Bahamas or California. Get the question over with." Hanging on the baby isn't going to help things, especially if she is not his. I would be happy to have the baby and leave the money where it is and never see it.

He's probably not taking the test because he knows he isn't the father. And as long as others are willing to take the test, the odds are against Howard.

God I feel so sorry for that little girl.... she's cursed, truly.
He hasn't been asked to submit to a test, they want one from the baby to match her to Birkhead. I'm with you, why not do everybody and get it over with? If your conscience is clear you'd do it in a heartbeat.
