I used to shave my armpit and sometimes using the tweezer to pull the hairs out...and my armpit becomes a bit black...
Is there any thing I could do (ie using some kind of lotion?!) about it or to clear those black pigment?

Stop shaving and start waxing.......or wash your armpits at night and use a really heavy moisturizing lotion under your arms but if you do this make sure to shower in the morning and use deoderant or find a deoderant with lotion in it....

That's caused because of shaving, if you wax after awhile the color will fade, also you deodorants that have lotions in them, like Secret with Oil of Olay.

i had that problem so i started waxing rather than shaving and its such bliss now because the hairs don't grow back as quickly...and you don't have the black pigment problem...also it makes your hair growth thinner too.
