If someone were to put their thing in a woman and have intercourse would it be rape if they didnt ejaculate.

Even by the narrowest definitions of rape (ie Maryland), forced intercourse constitutes rape, whether or not the assalaint orgasms.

I believe that unconsented penetration of any kind constitutes rape.
It doesn't even nessecarily need to be a penis so ejaculation is irelevant
