ok whenever i start it up the screen is full size, then if i play a game the screen gets smaller and you can sell black on the outter screen.. is there a way i can change that?

oh ok.... well the game is maple story and there is no settings, and f4 doesnt do n e thing....sooo n e other ways?

Yes,Press F4 when you are playing a game.

Change the resolution of the game via the game options
There is nothing wrong with your system.
Simply go to the game options and change the resolution to your current settings.

Sounds like it needs the right Video and Monitor driver. Whatever it has is not the right one
