I would have listed the 15 times that Iraq used WMD so everyone would know.

I would have shown everyone the pictures of the chemical attacks he perpetrated on Iraqi's and Iranians.

I would have quoted Bill Clinton from1998 when he wanted to invade Itraq.

I would have listed every terrorist attack leading up to 9/11.

I would sent more troops to begin with to Iraq.

I would have not pulled back from Tora Bora


I would have detailed Saddam's dealings with Terrorists including Abu Abbas, and Abu Nidal who were notorious terrorists living as guests of Saddam in Baghdad. They were responsible for killing Leon Klinghoffer.

If I was a US Senator I would introduce a binding bill condemning the beheadings of Americans. I would introduce a bill for each American killed.

I would support Spain to stay in the fight and not give in to Al Qaeda after the train bombings.

I would lend as much support to Australia as possible after the Bali bombings.

I would lend as much support to the UK after the train bombings.

I would have more open relations with Russia after the Beslan children killings.

I would make sure everyone knew and saw the towers being attacked. Make sure they were not erased from movie backgrounds. If we are to remember Pearl Harbor, then we should remember 9/11 exactly the same way.

I would pass a bill in Congress to have the towers built exactly as they were to thumb our noses at the terrorists that they can't win. I might even have the towers built 1 foot higher than before.

I would make sure the US economy didn't shrink and cower after the attacks. 1 million US citizens lost their jobs after 9/11, because business leaders decided to have a wait and see attitude. No one bought anything. I was one of those people. As President I would go to the people and encourage them to trade with each other not to let the economy go down the drain letting the terrorists win again.

I would have all this evidence publicly displayed probably on a web site.

I would make sure that the CIA and FBI could coordinate and communicate with each other.

I would secure our borders to make sure terrorists can't just walk into the US.

I would immediately introduce legislation to reform immigration.

First, I would a kept my mouth shut more. That man could not sell life rafts to people on the sinking titanic if they were a penny a piece. In other words, even if or when he has a good idea, he screws it up by talking about it.
Face it people, if he was not smart, he would not be where he is. He has good ideas and bad ideas. There are some things he is down right wrong on, and somethings he is right on. He cannot speak effectively, though. (IMHO)
The war
Should we have gone in there? I will have to site -- not enough information to determine. IF we went in for a reason other than WMD, (Weapons of Mass Destruction), then we do not know the reason and I cannot judge on why. When looking at the situation, I have to acknowledge that the decision to go there was BI partisan.
Should we be there now?
1)we did not make a mistake and need to be there. Then the answer is yes, we need to be there

or

2) we made a mistake. I was taught that if I make a mistake, to fix it and if possible, return circumstances to a point better than before I made the mistake. We need to make sure they can defend themselves at least as well then before we got there.

Lastly, I have gotten to the point where I have lost faith in what the press says. While they report the truth, I seems pretty obvious, that it is a one sided truth and... they do not like Bush.
when I was raise, I was taught that a GOOD journalist reports BOTH sides.
Seems we only get one side of the story and if they want to appear like they are reporting both sides, they choose a weak representative of the side they oppose.
Excuse me. It is no wonder they believe character does not matter. They would be judging them selves, and... we just can't have that.


Leaders: Our country's should be leader in everything. They wanted to run the country, then they should be good examples. I dont take the excuse "but everyone else is doing it" from my kids and I WONT take it from my leaders!!!

I would have worked more with the international community to track down the roots of Al Quaida and punish them for their crimes. Instead of pissing off every country in the world by using the World Trade Center as a reason to start a war that has no ties to Al Quaida.
