As you're unable as well the computer in secure Mode, it gained't be a motive force situation. once you boot into secure Mode, no drivers are loaded. If it turned right into a motive force situation, you would manage as well into secure Mode. it truly is more beneficial probable a corrupt equipment record (a very similar situation). once you've your unique XP CD, you could boot from the CD and allow the homestead windows installation to commence. precise once you do the F8 to conform to the license, you'd be provided a replace to press "R" to do a fix. This replaces the equipment information for XP with out deleting any of your documents information or different courses. It in trouble-free words replaces the information needed for XP as well to the personal computer. extremely some the time operating this style of fix enable you to get into the computer. it truly is a danger that when the fix, you ought to get an mistakes. yet a minimum of you'll be able to work out what the mistakes is, and optimistically make it to the personal computer the position you could fix thr difficulty somewhat than purely reboot. it truly is likewise a danger that the fix would thoroughly fix the placement.

When you bring it up with F8 which allows you to use safe mode, choose
LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION
instead, this should have the computer reboot back to where it worked correctly. If that does not work try it again.
After that you probably need to load you operating system again

You can't do anything other than re-install if it won't start in safe mode. You'll have to get hold of some operating system media - the restore CDs should ahve come with your PC. If you've lost them then you're out of luck.

There are free operating systems available though, such as Ubuntu:

this usually means that the file system on your hard drive is damaged.you need the Xp disc to repair it.or if you had another hard drive you can make it the master ,and make the damaged drive the slave, and when you turn on the computer the master usually will automatically repair the file system on the slave drive.
