E-Mac located in Miami Florida. Beach Ball wont stop spinning, tried everything except disk warrior.

Not sure what you have tried to fix this.

So I'll give you some options, if you have an iPod you can use that to transfer your files off your e-mac and onto your iPod and after that is done reinstall your OS and move all your files back off your iPod.

If you can start in safe mode or run disc utility to get it to work, plug in your iPod and instead of going through iTunes Click on the iPod icon on the desktop. Create a new folder in your iPod and then drag your files you need into that folder.

With a thousand dollars, you can get bombed for a week and forget you ever had a computer, then go buy another one and start all over. It'll be fun.

Or, maybe buy another harddrive, install it as a slave to the first one and copy everything over.

Well, I can only suggest these guys, http://www.ontrack.com/ if they can't get it back, no one can. They're expensive but they are worth every cent.
