lol wow, yes you would have a drafty walls, unless of course breeze blocks were meant to keep the breeze out then you would have breezeless, draftless walls

yes as there would be no outer wall in which to put your insulation. houses are built of two walls the inner is brease blocks the outer is bricks with your insilation between but if you made about 3 layers of brease blocks it would retain the heat.
