An ultra-conservative mom swaps lives with an punk-rocker mom. Conservative mom home-schooled punk-rocker kids with religion and punk-rocker mom tried to get the conservative kids to wear pants instead of dresses. (parents believed the Bible says girls should dress modestly. they didn't wear the pants because Dad said no.) In the end, Punk-rocker dad loses his job as hospice manager because he woundn't quit his band so he becomes a stay-at-home dad. Conservative family learn to have more fun.

A stay at home religious mom with three kids swapped with a rock band mom....the religious mom home schools her kids, cooks all of her meals from scratch and is with a husband who does all of the working...I think he owned a chimney business...he wants to have like 9 kids and she's happy with the 3. She's tired and I don't think she can take anymore. The rock band mom doesn't work....sits at home and makes appointments all day. They have 2 kids and they pretty much raise themselves. They get each other ready for school (5 and 6) and sit around their mom and dad when they have parties..which is like every night and watch them get drunk and stay up til 3 and 4 oclock in the morning.

Well, the conservative family made a music video and now the dad helps with more housework. The punk family's dad lost his job because of the band and now is devoting daytime to the band too. Overall, they all got along pretty well and were fairly nice.

yes... what a great show as usual in the beginning it pissed me off but as the show went on I calmed down,, they swapped a bible loving mom of 3 who home schools her daughters with a punk rock mom of 2 kids that party's until the wee hours with her,,ages 5 &6... the dad from the bible family wouldent budge when it came to rule change and had to listen to heavy metal music for 5 minutes every time he wouldent go along with the punk mom and the punk dad lost his job at hospice due to his punk band(( sounds like a law suit to me))it was a great show make sure you watch it when it reruns...
