Is the MX200 compatible with the mainboard? It is probably AGP 4 which uses different voltages to AGP 1/2 but might be backward compatible.
Try booting into Safe Mode. If no Plug & Play autodetect, use Control Panel Add/Remove then Remove for old driver and Add for new driver. Alternative Remove old driver, change cards, boot and Add new one or first Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, Display Adapter, Uninstall before changing cards.

Check the compatibility, in other words make sure the hardware is suppose to work with your system - to check the compatibility log on to the initial hardware manufacturer website.Secondly verify you installed the hardware in the correct port assign only for AGP.Thirdly verify if you follow manual documentation that came with your new hardware. If you are sure you did it accordingly and the problem still persist then click on (start, control panel and click on add hardware)use the wizard to run the software CD that came with your hardware, you should be fine.Good luck

if your card is agp then go into set up (press delete at boot up) and then into advanced bios settings and make sure that the pc is set to boot from agp(the other option is pci)
however the geforce mx200 comes in pci-bus interface,so if yours is pci, then you need to change ot from pci to agp in bios
with all the technology around these days you would think p.c builders would work out a way for the bios to do this automatically
i hope this helps
good luck
