Rural Oklahoma. Oklahoma has some of the cheapest housing in the Country. You get more for your money, and especially in the Rural countryside. You can still get a small 2 bed house in Oklahoma City for around $50,000. Maybe that's why California's are buying up property like crazy in Oklahoma.
