Only if you want them to? It will take a lot of work and research on your part to get there, but ANYTHING is possible if it is on your mind to get there. The key is not letting anyone tell you that you aren't good enough. Always keep striving to achieve your goals. Take criticism as something that will help you to become better at your craft. If you are humble and learn from your mistakes I'm sure your dreams will turn into reality sooner rather than later.

why not , you just have to work hard for it. All those celebrities u see on tv they all worked very hard for it . Sucess doesn't grow on trees. You have to look for it , no matter what. I'll bet all those celebrities never thought their dreams ever come true and look.
You have to have a little more faith in ur self and in god.
