There isn't really anything to compare between the two. Queen wrote fun songs (usually) like Fat Bottomed Girls and Whole Lotta Love for example. Pink Floyd wrote deeper songs, and odder (odd in a good way) ones. There is no other band like Pink Floyd....they are one of the best. I mean, how many other bands do you know that uses the sounds of clocks and what sounds like a Grandfather clock's bells in their songs? Not many...

i myself am a bigger Queen fan. but i can't deny that Pink Floyd is by far the more innovative band. so props go to Floyd.

It's hard to compare the two. I personally love Pink Floyd more, as their albums are conceptual and each song relates to one another. I prefer listening to their albums in their entirety for that reason. Each album is a masterpiece.
Queen, however, created amazing rock-opera-type songs that can be listened to on their own. Fat Bottomed Girls is one of my favorites.
