At 7 weeks, I was very hungry...and then right after that the morning sickness and tiredness kicked in. I still looked the same, just with pimples.

I'm now just over 17 weeks, but at 7 weeks I was super tired, routinely sleeping 12-14 hours a day. I didn't ever throw up, but generally felt nasceous in the afternoon or after smelling certain strong food smells or other odors. I was pretty moody and feeling uncertain about whether I was really ready to have a baby, be a mom, raise a child, etc. I was also terrified of having a miscarriage - it was great when I made it to that 12 week mark. My breasts got a little bigger, but other than that I looked the same.

I am also seven weeks. Due Date October 2nd and yesterday was the first real day I got super sick. Been lucky enough to not actually puke yet but I might as well. And sleep is just not enough for me. I sleep 12 -13 hours and still napping throughout the day. It's pretty crazy. The only changes I've seen in my body is my breasts have been hurting like CRAZY and growing. If you see changes in your body already definitely go buy the stretch mark cream and lube up - my girlfriend said that as early as 8 weeks she had gained tons of weight but she was also eating a lot more. Its different for everyone.

I am also 7 weeks. Due October 4th.

I just feel tired all the time. Wish I could sleep 3 extra hours every night.

No morning sickness; but some smells make me gag.

We planned for this pregnancy so I am excited.

I'm 11 weeks and the nausea and lack of energy can be debilitating some days. but it should clear up after the first trimester. I hope...

You may or may not feel like crap.
Physically you should look as if you are not. Maybe a little bloating or your breasts may start to swell.

Everyone is different. Every pregnancy is different.
