i would recommend huntington beach in huntington beach, CA
it has great hotels, great attractions, great weather, great clean beaches
and o ya....

but seriously go to santa cruz... or huntington beach because they're both known as "SURF CITY"! =)
oh yeah... half moon bay too because the mavericks are held there...
